Do you want to do this kind of transformative work? LBB is developing a facilitator-preparation pathway for people who want to guide this work with skill, care, and integrity.

Future facilitator preparation may include curriculum study, guided practice, observation, and supervision, with attention to confidentiality, boundaries, participant care, and accountability. Help create spaces where people can encounter difference and practice belonging without pressure to conform.
